Excellent work on upgrading and installing a new shower and faucets. We also had a new water heater and emergency shut off valve on the outside. They were very efficient and had great pricing and communicated with us every step off the way regarding the work. Jack was great to work with. Easy to talk to, discuss options, and set up scheduling. They showed up promptly and did the work well. I’ll use them again! Update: There were some issues with the work done by the subcontractors, but Jack personally made it right. I've had bad experiences with other plumbing companies where, when a subcontractor messes up, they refuse to send anyone else to fix it and made me rely on the same person who messed it up in the first place. Jack didn't defer to the subcontractor but, instead, indicated he wouldn't be using them again and came himself to complete the project as quickly as possible. There will always be issues in renovations but I appreciate that Jack took the time to make it right!

We had a faulty shower installed in our home causing mold and water damage to the shower floor, master closet and bedroom. Jack was able to remove the tile and mold and install the appropriate drain and create a drain pan space with PVC lining (which was missing from the shower initially) and fix the issues with the shower so that we would not have issues again. He was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Definitely would use him again but we hope to not have to!

STOP! Look no further for the best plumber around. Jack provided me a nearly immediate and accurate estimate for my traumatic townhome leak (flood) in Oviedo. The repair required an entire repipe with the best PEC on the market. In addition Jack installed a whole house on demand Rheem water heater. It measures 18” x 15” x 4” deep, a tiny footprint on the garage wall. We decided to maintain our health with a HALO water filter, which has practically no maintenance. It tastes smooth and pure. Jack was clear and fair with his invoicing. He is a smart, pleasant, a hard worker, as well as a trust worthy business owner who gives patriotic credit to the profession.
